I chew gum - sometimes mint, sometimes fruity ones, and I sometimes chew them for too long.  After a few hours, it will start to  “decompose” in my mouth, going into spaces between my teeth.  I think it has the most disgusting taste ever, even more disgusting than having half a mouthful of half-clotted blood. (I had that when the bleeding wouldn’t stop after my wisdom-teeth extraction).

Based on my horrible experience above, I wonder if the rumor that says “if you swallow a piece of gum, it will get stuck in the wall of your intestine” is just a myth.

我好好好中意食 wasabi豆 (對, 又色素又palm oil咁, 冇益), 每次食的時候, 我兩隻狗狗都會望住晒. 今日終於忍不住, 俾兩粒佢地食…

點知, 兩個都舔一舔就fing頭… 呵呵

之後, 小白冒死都食埋佢, 小黑就唔食, 而且之後唔再冤住晒… 呵

星期三帶了我的狗小黑去做節育手術, 回來之後這三天都不對勁, 後腳繃緊, 好像忘了怎樣走路… 還尿了床… 我上網再仔細找資料, 發現幾嚴重的個案都有, 小事的如尿床, 要長期服藥, 大事的如因麻醉藥而癱瘓!  想想手術前一天她還蹦蹦跳跳, 玩毛公仔像撲獵物一樣, 現在卻這個樣子…. 叫她 “come” 就在原地望著你, 唯一最有反應的說話是 “抱抱”, 動一動擺擺尾…………….

幾天也坐立不安, 卻不想告訴家人免他們提早擔心…. 誰知道媽今天都問 “不是應該一天比一天好的嗎?”

反覆想了很多次, 如果給我再選一次, 會要她做手術嗎? 會是這個年紀做嗎? 會選擇今次的私家診所而不到政府診所嗎?? 就小黑的情況而言, 我覺得答案都是肯定的… 覺得自己沒做錯, 信心就大了點, 今天決定不理她, 就由她企在原地很久, 看看會怎樣, 最壞打算都是跌坐在地上吧…. 那我就轉身去看看另一隻狗小白, 小白聽到媽在客廳, 正在一支箭的跑過去, 小黑竟然快步的走去 @@ 走到一半停了下來, 是很累吧? 媽又叫她, 她走到沙發前面跳 (就是要上沙發), 就像以前一樣…. 之後還跑上樓梯 =.=  呵, 看來忽然記得自己是懂走路的! 嚇死人!

The long-waited Windows Vista SP1 (through Windows Update) is officially released, but not everyone can get it now. Why? According to Microsoft, there are 8 causes, including one like “because you already have SP1 installed”.. duh.

For many Dell laptop computers, the Dell’s driver for the SigmaTel High Definition Audio CODEC is the culprit for blocking the SP1 update. Go here to grab a more recent update that will allow SP1 through Windows Update. After the update, restart the computer and wait a few hours, and then you should see SP1 available.
