sshot001.jpgNow that I’ve got a PDA phone and played with it a lot (due to my sick days I was just lying on the couch), I’ve become aware that most personal websites (including this blog and another online forum) are not PDA/mobile friendly at all. I googled and found exactly what I need: Wordpress PDA Plugin.

It works by auto-detecting browser versions, and in my limited experience it works very well.

Best of all, it’s even compatible with most of the features in the blog — photo gallery and the contact form. The one change that I made to the author’s original PDA theme is to only list the main pages and not the sub pages.

As one of the admins for an online forum, I know how important it is to prevent spams… but I think these Capcha’s are a bit over the top?

I’m a graphics idiot so maybe it’s just me, but I really have a hard time “decyphering” these “art pieces”. Maybe these webmasters can turn off some of the features like random fonts, random patterns, random orientation, etc.
